Please join Carrie of Youth Yoga School, for a workshop perfect for parents, teachers, and yogis alike.
You will be introduced to several Yoga poses (appropriate for children 2-12), sample yoga games and lessons, as well as creative ways to teach children concentration, relaxation and breath. This is the perfect BASIC introduction to teaching yoga to youth.
This course will include:
- Why yoga with kids
- 3 parts to a Successful Kids Yoga Class and how to present them to a variety of ages.
- Sample Lesson for yoga classes plans and mindful minis sessions.
